Version 8.5 Release Date
After a 5 month wait, a lot of drama, a lot of good moments and a lot of changes… we now stand in the brink of a new expansion.
We have been testing the massive content since a few months and have been tight lipped about it. But the time is now to let the flood gates open. You are now staring at the release announcement of the next major expansion… Version 8.5.2!
This has been a massive undertaking and each one of us involved in this project has been working tirelessly towards this day. Though we have experience releasing multiple expansions in the past, this one is very special us to us because we are dedicating this expansion to someone we all have come to adore.
Quinzel AKA Mass Murdererl!
She has worked very hard on this patch until she was moved to another team. She has poured her heart into this and had to leave this expansion mid-way (which she was not happy about).
This expansion goes out to you Quinny! I also have a few surprises for you in-game
With that, Swordlings… we will go into an early maintenance on Monday evening as version 6.7.1 and come out as 8.5.2!
Servers will be offline for maintenance on 19/12 @ 5 PM PDT (1 AM GMT on 20/12)
Expected downtime is 6 hours and may change during the course of the maintenance!
